Returns accepted for a full refund of purchase price plus shipping for items not received as described. All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of original shipment. Intent to certify must be expressed in writing within ten (10) days and proof of submission to a recognized organization ( i.e., APS or PSE) must be provided within thirty (30) days of original shipment. Items submitted for certification and returned not as described will be refunded for the original purchase price upon return with certificate to Chicago Stamps.
